BETTER PROTECTION - BETTER PLACEMENT - BETTER ACCOUNTABILITY

Babies that test positive for methamphetamine, fentanyl and other hard drugs are sent home to addicts. There IS a BETTER way.
Children in state custody often live in hotels supervised by a third party. There IS a BETTER way.
Delinquent youths who commit crimes are not held accountable. There IS a BETTER way.
